Quality Control

At Tadson, special attention is given to holding tolerances to your prints. We pay close attention to your specifications during every phase of fabrication, whether you require a single prototype or a production run of thousands.

We maintain tolerances to within ±.0005" on smaller parts and ±.005" on larger parts for diametrical and rectangular dimensions. (These tolerances also apply to parallelism.) Flatness is maintained to within 1/4 wavelength on smaller parts and one wave length on larger parts.

Tadson Inc. uses the utmost care to make sure your parts are right. Tolerances of .001 +/- are routine. Diameters from .050 to 12 inches. Thickness of glass from -007 to 8 inches. Surface quality to 10/5 mil spec. Flatness 1/4 wave over 1 inch. We check tolerances each step along the manufacturing process. We are a small company so your business is important to us.
